The silicon-resonant sensor
of the pressure sensor employs the state-of-the-art
silicon micro-forming technology developed by Yokogawa.
The detection section itself uses
a silicon monocrystal, which offers better
repeatability than a metallic sensor and undergoes small
secular change, thus ensuring
exceptionally stable measurement.
